The Sanderson Tapes

The Sanderson tapes are some videos I made with Bob Appel and Johnny McGowan during 4th of July weekend in West Texas for the Sanderson Chamber of Commerce sponsored by Farm Ale Brewing Co.

We would stop by a circled group of trailers and couches known as “Farleyville” that the locals put together to gather and serve food. Before and after the big show, Johnny, Bob and I would sing songs for our food, ha!

I added some more pictures on the “Media” tab of my website so you can see the western signs they had posted at “Farleyville” as well as some videos from the 4th of July show with Bob, my new hero. My favorite song is Bob’s “You Only Love Me When I’m Leaving” which I added to my repertoire. Great closing song. Cheers! -MV
